Client Access

Secure support for active client engagements.

GRIPHCON client access is designed for active engagements where authorized teams need project materials, reports, dashboards, shared documents, and workspace support. Until a dedicated portal is configured, access requests and support inquiries are routed through the GRIPHCON contact process.

The right path depends on your engagement status.

This page gives clients a clear front door for workspace access, account support, and project-material questions while keeping sensitive information protected behind authorized channels.

Active Clients

Access an engagement workspace.

Use this path if your GRIPHCON team has already created a client workspace for project files, status materials, dashboards, reports, or shared delivery documents.

Sign in to portal
New Access

Request credentials or an invitation.

If you are part of an active engagement but do not yet have access, submit a request so the appropriate engagement contact can verify your role and next steps.

Request access
Support

Resolve portal or file-access issues.

For workspace access problems, missing documents, account updates, or project support questions, route the issue through GRIPHCON so it can be handled securely.

Contact support

Client materials require controlled access.

Project files, reports, dashboards, and engagement workspaces may include sensitive business, operational, technical, or strategic information. Access should be limited to authorized users with a valid engagement purpose.

GRIPHCON does not ask clients to share passwords, verification codes, confidential files, or sensitive account details through unsecured channels.

Access expectations.

  • Use only approved client workspace links or instructions provided by GRIPHCON.
  • Contact your engagement lead if a workspace invite, report, or dashboard is missing.
  • Report suspicious access requests, unexpected file links, or account issues promptly.
  • Do not forward restricted workspace access to users who have not been authorized.

Built to support a dedicated client portal later.

The current page is intentionally structured as a polished gateway. The login and request-access pages are now in place, so future authentication can be connected without redesigning the client access journey.

What can live here

Reports, files, dashboards, and workspace links.

Future portal access can support project documentation, delivery artifacts, meeting materials, engagement dashboards, invoice resources, and account-level support.

Current routing

Requests go through GRIPHCON contact channels.

Until authentication is live, portal forms are static and access support should still move through contact channels so requests can be reviewed, verified, and routed to the appropriate engagement contact.
