Business Analyst — Operations

GRIPHCON is hiring a Business Analyst to support consulting delivery across our Operations and Digital Transformation practices. You will work closely with senior consultants and client teams to document current-state processes, gather requirements, develop analytical models, and prepare high-quality client deliverables.

This is a strong entry point for early-career professionals who want to build consulting skills across strategy, operations, and technology workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Document current-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Gather and organize requirements from client stakeholders
• Build analytical models and frameworks to support recommendations
• Prepare client presentations, project plans, and status reports

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or operations
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
