Consultant — AI & Data

GRIPHCON is looking for a Consultant with strong AI and data expertise to join our growing Technology practice. You will work directly with client teams to assess AI readiness, design data platforms, and implement analytics and machine learning solutions that drive measurable business value.

This role requires both technical depth and consulting judgment — you can explain complex topics clearly to non-technical executives while also rolling up your sleeves on architecture and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct AI readiness assessments and develop actionable implementation roadmaps
Design data architecture solutions including pipelines, warehouses, and governance frameworks
Support client teams in evaluating and selecting AI and analytics tools and platforms
Build and deliver analytical models, dashboards, and reporting solutions

Document findings, recommendations, and delivery artifacts clearly

What We Are Looking For

3–6 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML consulting
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and at least one cloud data platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
