Senior Consultant — Digital Transformation

GRIPHCON is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Digital Transformation practice. You will serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams, shaping transformation roadmaps and overseeing delivery programs across technology, process, and organizational change workstreams.

You bring senior consulting judgment, executive communication skills, and a track record of guiding programs that produce measurable business outcomes. You work comfortably at the intersection of business strategy and technology implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery, managing scope, risk, and stakeholder expectations
• Develop transformation roadmaps that connect executive priorities to practical implementation sequences
• Facilitate executive workshops and working sessions to build alignment and drive decisions
• Manage delivery teams and coordinate across workstreams

• 6+ years of management or technology consulting experience
• Experience leading digital transformation, ERP modernization, or operating model redesign programs
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Comfort managing ambiguity and structuring complex problems
