Reporting for small and medium businesses

Know what your business earns and how it operates.

When your numbers sit in separate spreadsheets and business platforms, even a simple question can take hours to answer. GRIPHCON brings that data together into clear financial and operational reports you can use to manage the business.

What you need to see

Finance and operations in the same conversation.

Understand financial performance

See revenue, cost of goods sold, gross profit, operating expenses, net profit, and margins. Build a management profit and loss report, with EBITDA where it is appropriate for your business.

See what drives the results

Track the operational measures that matter to you, such as service volumes, turnaround times, inventory, capacity, and job performance. Compare them with financial results to understand changes.

We agree on data sources and financial definitions with you and your accounting team, then build and validate the reports against those definitions. The reporting works alongside your accounting processes and does not replace bookkeeping.

Across industries

Start with the questions your business needs answered.

The service is for small and medium businesses across healthcare laboratories, dental and vision practices, oil and gas, automotive, and other service and operational firms. The measures and reports are scoped around your business, systems, and priorities.

Use the data you already have

We review your Excel files and business platforms, then identify supported connections or exports. We use suitable existing infrastructure or scope a database when the reporting needs one.

Keep the work practical

The scope reflects what your systems can provide and what your team needs to maintain. We explain data gaps and limitations before agreeing on the implementation.

How we work

Agree on the work before it begins.

  1. Initial consultation

We discuss your business, current systems, reporting challenges, and priorities. This first conversation is free and carries no obligation. Detailed analysis and implementation are scoped separately.

  2. Scope and proposal

The proposal sets out deliverables, timeline, implementation costs, and ongoing costs. If a deeper paid assessment is needed to define the work, we agree on it with you first.

  3. Build and validate

We prepare the data and build the reports, checking calculations and financial definitions with you and your accounting team.

  4. Handover and support

We hand over the reports and explain how to use and maintain them. Any ongoing support is optional and scoped separately.

Tell us where reporting gets difficult.

Share your industry, the tools you use, and the questions you struggle to answer. We will review your request and contact you to arrange the initial conversation.
